You have several options:

  • If you are studying or doing research in the library, feel free to come to the Research desk on the first floor of Collins and we will see if it is a problem that we can help resolve.
  • You may go to the IT Helpdesk inside the computer lab on the second floor of Collins.
  • The IT department has a great website with FAQs, help desk phone numbers, and a number of resources for both students and faculty/staff.
