What do I do if my document won't print?
You have several options:
- If you are in the library, ask a Research librarian for assistance. We will check the printers to ensure they are not out of paper or jammed, and help troubleshoot the issue for you.
- Double check the name of the printer that you sent the document to, and verify that printer's location. On the first floor of the library, LIBREF5 is by the library entrance, LIBH1 and LIBL04 are by the Research Desk. Wireless printing from personal devices prints out on the 2nd floor, in the computer lab.
- Check your print credits by clicking on the small green icon in the lower right hand corner of your task bar. You must have more credits remaining than the number of pages you are printing, or the document will not print.
