Can alumni check out DBU Library books?

Answer

There is no alumni card to checkout DBU library materials. However, DBU alumni may create a free TexShare card with their local home library which will grant them guest access to the DBU Library. Follow the steps:

  1. Visit your local home library.
  2. Create a free TexShare card (see below picture).
  3. Visit the DBU Library with your active TexShare card & a driver's license.
  4. Receive a DBU Guest Card.

Remember to call the DBU Library to find out when a librarian will be available to create a DBU Guest Card. The card allows customers to checkout 10 books for 4 weeks, no renewals.
